Meet Perry DiLibero of Neptune Laundromat

Today we’d like to introduce you to Perry DiLibero.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Perry. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Neptune Laundromat began as a coin-operated laundry in 1999 on Saratoga Street, East Boston. Today we have grown to include four locations in the Greater Boston area and have since upgraded to a modern card-based technology while featuring the largest commercial machines available such as our 90-pound washing machines. We emphasize customer services as our primary objective in all customer interactions and work with our customers to correct any issues within our organization. Additionally, our success can be attributed to our staff members who are the face of the organization and a big part of why customers love coming into our establishments.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Like most businesses, we have encounter a variety of challenges in our daily operations, but the biggest challenge has been keeping pace with the rapid improvements in technology. For instance, when we first opened Wi-Fi access wasn’t around and neither were the multitude of mobile devices. Today’s technology has made our systems more efficient and provide customers with additional benefits such as free Wi-Fi access. We strive to continue to improve our business by constantly checking out the latest the tech industry has to offer.

Neptune Laundromat – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Our priority is our customer service. Whether it be in the training of our attendants or the cleanliness standards of our stores, our intention is to provide our customers a comfortable environment in which they can affordably wash and dry their clothing. We offer the largest machines around such as our 90-pound washing machines that provide a tremendous value to anyone with a large quantity of clothing and can accommodate larger items such as blankets, comforters and rugs. And our dryers are always free!

When you walk into our stores we want you to feel at home in a clean, safe environment with complimentary Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV’s, and video arcade games.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success in business is perpetually improving your business by reinvesting in the organization and by giving back to the customer base that supports your efforts. Success is having customers know that when they come into our establishment that they will be taken care of, that our attendants are trained to assist, that any issues will be resolved rapidly and nothing will fall on deaf ears. To have caring and hardworking people representing your organization’s core values and for everyone cognizant of our customer first approach.
