Today we’d like to introduce you to Giuseppe Musto.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Giuseppe. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Growing up with my mother and grandmother in Italy. I always loved to watch them cooking and creating new meals. I went to culinary school and working on the Amalfi Coast and Switzerland. I developed a passion for food and when I moved to America I wanted to open my own Italian Deli.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Every business has a slow season and a busy season. But we take Day by day, work hard and make our customers happy.
Vincenzo’s Italian deli – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We make everything in house. From our fresh homemade mozzarella to our delicious arancini. Our team works hard every day to bring the freshest ingredients and the best food to our customers. We make all our subs, grilled panino and salads made to order. We do a lot of catering. Office meetings, baptism, bday parties and more. We are always called for our fresh food. Our homemade lasagna or chicken parm trays are very popular for catering.
