Maria-Cristina, we’d love to hear your story and how you got to where you are today both personally and as an artist.
My beginnings within the art are given since I was very small because in the home that my family grew has these attitudes.

During the years of my studies I discovered that I had the talent to help women to be and to feel beautiful inside and outside (my motto work is: your beauty is reflected in the beauty of your face), I was doing courses until my fashion design studies occur.

In the time I walk and with my practice, I had to know that it was very good for the design of fashions. Then I was incursing in the idea of the makeup art where I found my realization.

Commence to make courses for my learning, the theory of color, knowledge of the skin, makeup of day, the makeup of night, and develop in this way the creative part in each concept; specialize me in airbrush makeup, for magazines, fashion designer, TV, and film. This has helped me in my human and professional growth.

We’d love to hear more about your art. what do you do you do and why and what do you hope others will take away from your work?
I am an artistic make-up and how I inspire on creative concepts which are taken to practice according to people, colors and nature including seasons of the year. I express my artistic part making research and studying the themes that the creative director tells me to make.

In the art that I practice, I am interested above all discover a relation between the model and me, based on three elements, the mental, the body and the spiritual in order to make the person recognize its beauty and magnify it to others. I do this by analyzing the model, speaking with it to know which are the best colors that manifest your spiritual sense. What I want from my art is to inspire the person to discover its beauty, and she receives from me the knowledge and my indoor peace. I want you to discover in my art the harmony of nature, that you see that as a professional make up I achieve the best of people.

Do current events, local or global, affect your work and what you are focused on?
The role of the artist is to express with his ideas, with his concepts, with his thoughts the things that happen to his around.

Generally, the artists evolve wearing the cultural, anthropological, social, economic and political changes that move and transform the world. All the things in general that happen in our cultural city are reflected in the nation and reflect in the whole world. We artist are going walking with those cultural manifestations that we express afterwards in our country and on the planet
