Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracie Towle.
Tracie, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was originally licensed as an Agent back in 1985. I started actively selling real estate with my current Agency, in the early nineties when the Agency was being run by the current Broker/Owner’s mother. I left the real estate business for a while to devote time to my own endeavors and my moving company. My husband and I purchased two, three family homes side by side in Quincy, MA. One of which I purchased from the sidewalk at Auction and we rehabilitated utilizing a 203K governmental program. We Sold one of the three families and bought a single family home in the neighboring town of Braintree. When I came back to selling real estate, I ended up going back to the industry under the wing of the Broker I had purchased our properties with. I stayed with that company for seven years, but ended up coming back to Century 21 Abigail Adams Agency! When I was actively selling with them for about two years I was offered the Administrative position in the Quincy office. We have three offices: Quincy, Norwell and Marshfield. I handled those responsibilities effectively and efficiently for three more years until just recently to free up more time for selling!!
Has it been a smooth road?
In this type of industry it is more difficult when you are in and out rather than steady throughout the years. It felt like I was starting out all over again each time, without money and a steady stream of customers/clients it can be a long road.

I specialize in helping Clients get the end result they are looking for. Recently one Client was looking in one city specifically which was very difficult to get in to. I was able to secure a Showing within a very small window of time, my Client ended up purchasing the property in the city he wanted! Another Client wanted something near the water so he could enjoy outdoor activities. I was able to secure a Showing on an Expired Listing and again in the end the Client got what he wanted!!! My Seller Client’s are handled in the same manner. One Client was focused on getting the most for her property and we Closed $20,000.00 over Asking!! The main focus is always the client and their needs.
