Thank you for showcasing some of the Boston area innovators and inspirations who otherwise wouldn’t get the PR. Keep it up, and we will all keep reading and learning about our local neighbors leading the way in their service industries!

Have you folks heard about the non-profit Children’s Hospitals International Film Festival (CHIFF) that provides a free program of wonderful short films from around the world to kids in hospital beds across the US and now in Canada. And, the kids decide which films will win the festival’s awards. It started right here with the first event at Boston Children’s Hospital in 2017. Learn more at the CHIFF Facebook page @FlickersCHIFF. Andre Stark from Chestnut Hill is one of the co-creators

That sounds like a great way to lift the spirits of children in hospitals. It gives their minds something to do other than think about illness etc. I’m sure it gives them a feeling of significance to know their choices matter.
Also it may very well inspire some of the children to get involved in film or other related fields after they may leave the hospital.
