Meet Tino Bonanno of Bonanno Construction in Woburn

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tino Bonanno.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Started as a small landscape masonry company in the 60’s by my dad. Myself and my brother took over in the late 90’s. At this point, we had been strictly masonry for 10 years. We took the company and turned it into a total hardscape outdoor living installer that we are today.

Has it been a smooth road?
Nothing is easy but we have been blessed with a full workload for 30 years. As long as there is work it tends to help overcome any or all obstacles. We also recently started a snow plowing and removal company and that has been an adventure in itself. But like I said, keeping busy is the best way to move in a forward direction.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Bonanno Construction – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We are a masonry company that hold ourselves to a high standard. We are old school masons. We learned from our father and grandfather. We can tackle any masonry project with ease and confidence. I am proud of our reputation in the industry.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
The people are great. They are very knowledgeable about what they want and it makes it easier for us to meet their expectations. I love the old buildings and parks we have. I don’t like the traffic. But that’s a small price to pay to live in this area

Pricing:

  • Concrete pavers purchased and installed $15-$20 per sq ft
  • Stone walls purchased and installed $70 per sq face ft
  • Granite stepspurchased and installed $150 per ft
