Meet Shawn Armstrong of Kreative AV

Today we’d like to introduce you to Shawn Armstrong.

Shawn, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Started out in the retail business back in 1995. Worked for many large chain stores with my last being Tweeter Etc. At which time in 2005 I decide I wanted to get away from the corporate style and start my own business focusing more on customer service and 1 on 1 interaction with each client. We started right around the big market crash doing Home Audio and we have grown every year since concentrating on our core values of customer service and being available for the customer now and for the long term.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it has not been easy, lots of long hours and struggles with the economy. In our field things are always changing with technology and we have to keep up with all the changes in technology.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Kreative AV – what should we know?
Well Kreative AV Inc. is a Home Audio and Video company. We sell and install all types of Audio, Video, Networking and Home Automation. We specialize in Home Automation also known as Smart Home Technology with Control4 where we integrate all the functions of a home into one easy application. So we handle your Network, Wi-Fi, Audio, Video, Lighting Control, HVAC, Door Locks and more into one easy to use App from anywhere in the world. We are very proud of our customer service and that is what sets us apart from others.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
To our clients being available for them when they call or our responsiveness with returning calls. Our attention to detail on the finish product as well as on the unseen items.
