Today we’d like to introduce you to Robert and Philip Pescosolido.
Philip started the company in 1977 in West Newton, MA and was later joined by his brother Frank. Over the last 40 years they have focused on delivering the best customer experience possible. Customer Service is our top priority! Fulfilling this commitment has led to over 7000 loyal customers today.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
There has always been struggles. Many personal sacrifices were made building the business and countless hours were needed to deliver the heating and cooling services for our customers. We never want to let anyone down. During the recent cold stretch our drivers and technicians were working the clock to make sure each customer had heat.
