Today we’d like to introduce you to Rami Chahine.

At an early age, Rami trained at some of the most sophisticated salons including Hair Coiff in the cosmopolitan city of Beirut Lebanon where he was a celebrity stylist to the stars.Upon arriving in Boston, he worked for the prestigious Acoté Salon on Newbury St and now works for the multiple award-winning Agostino Salon on Beacon Hill, where he exhibited his precision skills in color technique, keratin treatments, and hairstyling. Which includes his sought-after “Victoria Secret” Red Carpet Curls. He specializes in styling and caring for thick, curly hair and exquisite up-dos for special occasions. Fluent in Lebanese, Arabic and English, he brings a cultured trendy flair to his devoted clientele in the Boston Proper area. He has also styled models for photo shoots and fashion shows internationally.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I had a very smooth positive rise in my professional career.

What were you like growing up?
I had a fascination with beauty and style due to my upbringing in the very fashionable and cultured city of Beirut.
