Meet Michelle Doran and Linda Vecchione of RN Esthetics in Lynnfield and Salem

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Doran and Linda Vecchione.

Michelle and Linda are Advanced Practice Nurses who met in 2011 and decided to combine forces and create a state of the art Medical Esthetics practice that focuses on noninvasive procedures and technologies. They felt that Advanced Practice Nurses are the right group of professionals to lead the charge on the North Shore. They opened RN Esthetics in 2012, starting in two small rooms, answering the phones, seeing patients and perfecting our craft. Over the next 5 years, they have grown to a team of two APNs, three RNs, 3 Master Estheticians and three practice coordinators.

Some of their accolades over five years include being named an Allergan top 250 practice for Botox & Fillers (less than 1% of practices in the US hold this distinction), being named the MA HydraFacial Luminary practice and being nominated as clinical trainers for Physicians and Nurses.

Has it been a smooth road?
We would be lying if we said there were no struggles but we balance each other perfectly and have an amazing team. Our biggest struggle has been the unexpected growth rate over the years, and ensuring we do our homework and invest in the top technologies for the best results.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with RN Esthetics – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
What sets us apart is that we are led by two Advanced Practice Nurses. We handpick and train our team and have amazing clients. We are known for our HydraFacial, which has won us Best of the North Shore 2013-16 and the best injectors for Botox and Fillers. We are real people and do not believe in making people look overdone. Our approach is conservative and we view ourselves as artists.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
We love Boston! Linda and Michelle are born and bred here and we would not change a thing (ok maybe traffic).
