INSTAnT Agency is a full service independent agency. Originally known as Brazil Services, the company was founded in 1996 by Lucia, an American, born in Brazil from an Italian family. The company initially focused to serve the Brazilian immigrant community. Thanks to the loyalty and referrals of their clients, they grew to serve everyone with the same quality of care. Their goal is to make it easy to do the right thing for those who work hard to succeed regardless of their place of origin. The registered service mark INSTAnT Agency was added in 2015 to better represent the services they provide: INSurance, TAx return preparation aNd Translation.

The road has not been smooth as we struggled with unfair competition all the way from the beginning.

Boston is more than a city, it is the new Athens. It is a center of knowledge and learning, art and culture. It is a place where young men and women from all over the world come to learn to be better, brighter, more able people, to spread the knowledge of humankind everywhere and make the whole world a better place. And some of these young people, like me, stay, and make Boston a richer place. Boston is the world in microcosm. We are all packed in a small town, living perhaps not in perfect harmony, but in their reasonable facsimile. We are not small American town, but we are small World town. Boston is a living proof that the people of the world can get along, and that by sharing our culture and music and art and food with others, we can all lead a richer life.
