Today we’d like to introduce you to LeighAnn Eruzione.
LeighAnn, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I have worked for many years as a licensed social worker providing support and services to youth and families and was first introduced to real estate after my second child was born. I felt that the industry highlighted my strengths and skill set, so I took a chance on a new venture! With my years of knowledge and training as a therapist, I am able to better navigate the often challenging and sometimes stressful home selling/buying process on behalf of my clients. Combine that with my acute attention to detail and love for design and construction… real estate was the perfect addition to my career portfolio!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Establishing a name for myself in a competitive market was my biggest challenge when beginning my career in Real Estate. Taking the leap was nerve-racking but as the years have passed, my portfolio continues to grow and my success in the market has been extremely rewarding!
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Robert Paul Properties – what should we know?
I work for a luxury boutique style real estate company. We have a team approach to our brand so whether your a seller or a buyer, a team of qualified professionals are available to ensure all of your real estate needs are met. With main offices in Boston, Cape Cod and a satellite office in Winthrop, we have many offices to meet clients in an area that is convenient for them. Our firm believes having a smaller team allows us to meet the ever-changing demands of the market! With a fine detail in internet and print advertising locally, nationally and internationally, our company prides itself on getting our listings in front of potential buyers from all over the world, not to mention the professional photos and all of the local marketing materials we circulate.
I work with both sellers and buyers in the Boston and Greater Boston areas. As a social worker that has spent years providing community-based services to areas of Boston and Greater Boston, I am able to share detailed information about the uniqueness of communities. For the first time home buyers or those that are relocating- this is an asset as I am able to share the day to day lifestyle in a variety of communities. Additionally, with years of therapeutic training, I have an extra skill set to help individuals navigate the sometimes high stress and challenging situations that arise during a real estate transaction. I am very detail oriented and pride myself in ensuring I am continuously supporting my clients and keeping them on task until we arrive to the closing table and beyond!
My clients are my priority. I fully understand that this decision to buy or sell property is a very big deal for them and it is my job to be available to them regardless of the day of the week or the time of day/night.
Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
My brother Michael Eruzione Jr first introduced me to the idea of taking a stab at a career in Real Estate and has been my go-to partner. Without his suggestion and nudge, I may have never taken the leap! My husband, parents, and inlaws for their continued support and help with my children! I can be continuously available to my clients because of them! When I first got my license, I began working with a small Mom & Pop Real estate company in Winthrop, Cottage Hill Real Estate. One of the owners, Elizabeth Ferrara spent a great deal of time mentoring me and helping me understand my new career choice in real time! I have to attribute my current success to each of these amazing individuals!
