Today we’d like to introduce you to Lacey D’Iorio.
Lacey, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I have always gravitated towards art in some way and wanted to be in the beauty industry since I graduated high school. I craved expressing my creative talent but my parents insisted I go to college but it wasn’t quite what I wanted. For years the thought of a career change stayed in the back of my mind and finally, I took the plunge and entered esthetics school, which also lead me to taking my first Microblading course. I completely dedicated myself to the program and wanted to learn as much as I could about the permanent makeup industry. I took four more courses to learn eyeliner, lips, powder brows and also saline tattoo removal so I could offer my clients as much as possible including a resolution to old or bad PMU. After working extremely hard for about a year, I was able to open my own location in North Andover, Ma. I absolutely love my job and feel as if I finally fulfilled every aspect I wanted so much in a career. I love changing people’s lives and making them feel beautiful– there’s no better feeling!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
There are always ups and downs to every road to success but it’s important to keep your eye on the goal, stay humble, strive for your best and never stop learning and improving!

In my studio, I specialize in microblading, powder brows, Permanent eyeliner, blush lips, lash lifts and saline tattoo removal! I am most proud of offering a variety of services, making people happy while keeping my prices reasonable.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
For now I am happy in my new studio in North Andover, but in the future I look forward to expanding my location, adding more services and hosting trainings!
