Meet Kevin Patrick Seaver

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Patrick Seaver.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Kevin. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I am a trusted lawyer since 1991, a recognized expert successfully specializing in fighting The Department of Children and Families or more commonly known as DCF. I am a proud graduated from Tulane Law University (New Orleans, LA) New England Law School (Boston, MA) and Massachusetts Maritime Academy (Buzzards Bay, MA). I have represented over 1000 clients successfully in and out of court against DCF. This involves false allegations of child abuse, including sexual abuse and physical abuse. This also includes false allegations of neglect against parent/s, grandparent/s, friends, neighbors, or care takers of the child. I represented clients from all walks of life, this representation has been of the most powerful in Massachusetts and the most vulnerable segment of our society. I am most proud of representing DCF’s own employees or the DCF’s employee’s family members when they become involved with false allegations of child abuse with their professional or personal capacity.

I have been told by many clients that their DCF social worker told them to call me because they were not being treated fairly. It’s a huge complaint when my fellow colleagues refer me to their clients when it involves DCF. It is a huge personal privilege to represent my fellow lawyers and they themselves have been accused of false allegations of child abuse. There are 60, 000+ thousand lawyers in Massachusetts, when my fellow peers reach out to me for advice or to represent them against false allegations of child abuse there is no higher calling.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I do not believe that anything in life is a smooth road. There is always a learning curve. I pride myself by learning from my mistakes, correcting those mistakes, and growing from those mistakes. Being prepare and having a plan is vital in all aspects. I use the motto “plan your work and work your plan”.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memory is going to the beach. We would go early in the morning and stay at the beach all day. This love for the beach continue till this day. I still love to swim and exercise on the beach.
