Today we’d like to introduce you to J. Lucky Henry .
J, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
When I was younger I always knew I like advertising. Then in college I got my 1st opportunity in sales and I fell in love with helping people make decisions that were good for their future.
My 1st sales job of selling kitchenware and it was exciting I learned a lot but I felt that the advertising part was missing
I then went on to run my on advertising company while still in college and it was also extremely fun and also life changing as I learned a lot about human interaction and organizational structure.
As I realize that this was a world I was going to play in for the rest of my life I realize that I would need to know how to dress better and not just looked the part but really know why it was Important to dress well.
So I decided to work any retail clothing shop for men where I would learn all about how to dress myself and other people while still being able to practice my sales skills.
However I really felt that the advertising still missing in strictly a sales job as especially since I had spent the money on a college education to learn how to advertise.
This when I moved into real estate.
Real estate is exciting to me for so many reasons beyond just a pure joy and thrill that every day and every deal brings.
It is a job that allows me to do all the things I enjoy doing I get to sell then I get to market a property then I get to sell again.
Beyond my own pure joy is the joy of seeing your client smile when is their dreams are fulfilled and their new home.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road has not been smooth and honestly in real-estate it can never be things can always happen beckon close a deal to fall apart.
How you handle those are you handle yourself what’s important.
Currently dealing with a situation with Siblings arguing over the proceeds of a home we are selling check back with me in a couple weeks and I Will let you know all about it 🙂

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Personally I define success as achieving your goals now how one defines their goals is up to the individual.
My goals are not based in a worldly reality my goals are based on what I want and what I want is solely my reality no one else’s.
As a company we have adapted that style we based our goals at the beginning of the year on what we want. It doesn’t matter what other people tell us it’s possible or is not possible we believe together we can accomplish whatever we want.
We all talk about personally what we want to accomplish this year where we would like to travel what we would like to do for our families then we figure out what that cost and kind of work backwards in setting up our company goals that we can all achieve out personal desires.
