Meet Jessica and Fabio DaSilva of Java Grind and Grill in Stoneham

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica and Fabio DaSilva.

Java Grind and Grill was established in 2016 due to the inspiration of a small family owned business, which has been in business for over a decade.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
As we all know life doesn’t go as planned. For starters it’s was built from nothing. This is a family owned business so of course myself and my brother bumped heads. What family doesn’t have disagreements, right? We have different views and opinions but worked through it to make our business succeed.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Java Grind and Grill – what should we know?
I myself am the head cook and run the kitchen. My brother on the other Is the salesman. He is the character/personality that customers first engage with when they walk in the door. We specialize in coffee, breakfast, lunch and customer service. We are proud at the fact that we are meeting our customers expectations. We have been open for close to 2 years now and our customers have left us outstanding reviews. We have close to 5 stars combined with reviews on social media. Everyday we thrive to be better and continue to succeed and make our business better. As a family owned business we make our customers feel like their family. We remember our customers and their orders, we make them feel appreciated. I think that is what makes us different than any other business.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
Our mother deserves the credit. Without her we probably wouldn’t be where we are. As I mentioned before we were inspired by a family owned business and that business was our moms. We worked there when we were younger and learned everything we know from her. She is and will always be our number 1 supporter.
