Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenine Wright.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Jenine. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
10 years ago, I was working for a corporate fitness management company. After being in the fitness/health promotion industry for many years I had worked with a diverse clientele from professional athletes to diseased populations and everything in between.
The vast misinformation in the industry made me feel frustrated and I began doing seminars on nutrition, fitness, and wellness. I eventually opened a fitness studio hoping to not only offer many classes/training and coaching but to also offer a well-rounded education to help people live fit quality lives.
I believe in being real, there is no magic pill or quick fix. Being healthy in society today is difficult but at the same time just takes the truth, integrity, and understanding that most of the marketed nonsense is just that, nonsense. I don’t want people to spend their hard earned money to eventually wind up in the same or even worse place than they started. We strive to take our clients to the next level with education and well-rounded quality programming, delivered by a highly educated team of professionals!
Has it been a smooth road?
Absolutely not. This is a very difficult industry because of all the trends and fads. People want to believe in the quick fixes because they are so desperate to reach goals that are such a challenge for them. If something gives them the answer they want to hear, they go for it rather than invest in the longevity of health and fitness.
The overhead of a fitness/wellness studio versus the profit makes it difficult to sustain. My passion to teach people the truth and see the success and the life changes that they can make makes it all worth it. It isn’t always easy to teach the truth and sell the reality of how hard the work will be.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with fit life – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
