Today we’d like to introduce you to David Hall and Antonina La.
Thanks for sharing your story with us David, Antonina. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
David- I started studying and learning about magic and mind reading when I was 14 years old. By the time I was 16 I was regularly performing at many resorts and restaurants. Moving to Boston for college I began performing for many bars, clubs and street performing at Faneuil Hall marketplace. After college I started to perform full time as I became connected with many entertainment agencies and event planners.
Antonina – I always had a passion for the performing arts, however before I met David I worked in the hospitality industry. The first day we met, David taught me a few effects and we started performing them together right away. The initial reaction of people was amazing. That is when we realized that we had something special.
We now have been performing our show together for 3 years and we have developed a telepathy/blindfold act. This is a unique type of performance as there are only a handful of couples in the country that perform this type of act.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Putting together our 2 person mentalist act took hundreds of hours of hard work. Everything from learning our telepathy act as well as how to work together on stage.

We perform a 2 person mentalist act for corporate / college and private events. We are proud to be able to perform a successful show together and watch many people in our audiences be fascinated with this unique art form. It is not common to see a 2 person mentalist / telepathy act as there are very few acts like this in the country, this is definitely something that sets us apart.
What were you like growing up?
Antonina – I was always interested in learning languages and traveling. I enjoyed being active and spent a lot of time outside.
David – I was always interested in sports, traveling and comedy.
