Today we’d like to introduce you to Chandra Franca.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Chandra. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
One could say that I am a concert connoisseur. I first encountered TBSVIP by purchasing premium seats from them to see Travis Scott in Boston. After attending several events after that, I started to utilize their VIP services for private transportation to attend concerts across New England and I knew right away that I wanted to get more involved in the company (behind the scenes).
I was and still am so intrigued by the VIP concierge service that TBSVIP provides to all of its clients.
It just seemed unreal to me that I can (anyone can!) meet their most favorite artist, actor, celebrity crush. Not only can I meet my favorite artists, but I can take a private jet to their show in a different city, book exclusive hotel packages at sold out-resorts, and reserve private guided tours in these foreign areas.
After communicating with Brandon, I landed an internship with them in March 2017. Now, not only am I still living my dream attending concerts and meeting my favorite celebrities, but I am assisting in making people’s dreams come true and customizing their VIP dream experiences.
I assist people customize their desired VIP experience based on their needs and budget and it is a very rewarding feeling to see people do what they have always wanted to do, live a life filled with luxury and exclusive access.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
So far, it really has been a smooth road. I am beyond lucky to be doing something that I have so much interest in and that will never make me bored.
I get to help people make their dreams come true after mine have been made true- this is so rewarding.
However, nothing worth having comes easy. So of course, along with every other job, you have to work hard for what you want! I do not even like calling this a job, job sounds condescending. I am doing my passion and making me and myself happy, that sounds better!
I will say, the toughest part about this job is always the day after concerts. Post-Concert Depression, I promise, it’s real! After having the most eventful, fun nights of my life, the next day I always am feeling upset because the night before was one of the best nights in my life. To cope with that, I just schedule the next concert I will be attending as a VIP, then repeat.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
As cheesy as it sounds, my favorite memory as a child was attending my first concert at around 6 years old, The Black Eyed Peas, and yes, with Fergie. I believe that is actually where the concert addiction all started.
I remember the night perfectly.
We were sitting all the way in the back of the concert at Foxwood’s Resort. Since it was a small venue, Fergie could see how excited my ENTIRE family of 6 was to see her, we were the most excited people in the entire place. She came off the stage mid-concert, came over to my family, talked to us, then moved us to the front row. My family and I enjoyed the remainder of the concert, in the front row, all thanks to Fergie noticing.
I am almost positive that Fergie would never remember that moment if we told her about, given that it was about 12 years ago and she has done countless shows since then. But it doesn’t matter that she won’t remember it, I will never forget that moment for as long as I live. I believe that moment changed my whole perspective on concerts and meeting famous people. I believe that if I had not had that moment, Fergie had not gone off stage to talk to us, I would not be where I am today as I would have never discovered my love for concerts.
So Fergie, thank you.
