Today we’d like to introduce you to Baljit & Kishan Singh.

Blajit & Kishan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
This is a dream project of two best friends Baljit Singh (Bally) and Kishan Singh Bola. We were born and raised in the rich culture of Punjab, India. It was our dream to bring the flavors and delicacies from our family kitchen. We grew up pursuing cooking as a passion. We feel that each dish is a celebration of rich culture and heritage of the sub-continent. Together we invite everyone to get ready to relish and indulge your taste buds into the sophistication of the spice nation.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has been a smooth road and people have shown a lot of love. Our food is loved, service is great and we market to all the neighboring communities with takeouts deliveries and dine in. We are hoping to grow our dinner tables and trying hard to make that happen.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Virsa De Punjab – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a restaurant and what sets you apart from others.
We are an Indian Restaurant with Punjabi origin, great north Indian dine in, delivery and takeout restaurant. We are a full bar restaurant with great selection or regional and Indian beers, cocktails and drinks.

Our food is cooked with spices in a very traditional north Indian way and fresh as per customer orders. We do not store food or curries, we make it fresh.

Pure north Indian culture and interior of our restaurant sets us apart from others.
