Today we’d like to introduce you to Benjamin Connell.
The company was founded in 1956 by the late William Connell, Sr. in Allston. He moved to Needham, shortly after when his son, William Connell Jr. was born. The company grew and grew over the years and the quality of work and reputation spread through the town and beyond. William Jr. Began to work in the business at a young age and eventually took over the business in 2007 after the passing of Sr. The business continued to grow and under the reigns of William Sr. The company installed several hundred new roofs in Needham, Newton and Wellesley. Benjamin Connell, William Jr’s son began to work for William at a young age as well, learning the trades from the ground up quite literally on the ground crew cleaning the trash, all the way up to repairs and eventually running jobs himself. In 2015 Benjamin was promoted to a manager and eventually began to run the sales. 2017 William has partially retired, but very missed.
