Meet Annie Andreeva of Xpress Movers in Wilmington

Today we’d like to introduce you to Annie Andreeva.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Xpress Movers was founded back in 2006. The idea started when our CEO was working nights as a valet. He saw a need for people to have access to a reliable, affordable, and professional moving company. It was there that Xpress Movers was born. Today we have expanded and we now have 15 employees. We pride ourselves on being a family oriented moving company that is focused on customer satisfaction. It is our goal to continue providing services to families in relocating, while providing them with flawless service.

Has it been a smooth road?
Throughout the years we have experienced many obstacles along the way. However, we have managed to overcome those challenges and move forward. We have learned how to handle any bumps that may have risen and worked around them. I cannot say that this has been the smoothest ride, but it taught me, us, how to be stronger and not to let anything stop me, us. In continuation of expanding.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Xpress Movers story. Tell us more about the business.
Xpress Movers is a fully licensed and insured moving company that specializes in residential and commercial moves. We are known for going above and beyond for our customers. That will include going to sites while a move is in process, following up on a customer feedback upon completion of the move, and doing In-Home estimates.

We are very proud of the fact that we are BBB Accredited business with A- rating, an AMSA member listed as Pro Mover for the past 3 years, without a single complaint with them, Unpakt Verified mover. Also we are working with a non-profit organization called Move For Hunger, where food is collected from our customers and donated to people in need in the State of Massachusetts. We recently started working with a Baptist Church and donation center where we are donating furniture items that our customers no longer need. It will go to those that are currently in shelter or trying to find an affordable home to live, but not furnished.

What sets us apart from others is not only that our pricing is fair, but also for the professional standing in our community.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I see the company growing and expanding and adding even more personal touches to every move. Over the years, in my experience, I have learned that adding a personal touch to every move is what makes us stand out from other companies. We love to surprise our customers with a small bag of goodies. I personally think that this approach puts a smile on the customers face. That priceless moment matters as much to our movers, as it does to those of us in the office. It is rewarding to know we have achieved our goal and put a smile on our customer’s face in this very frustrating moment called moving.
