Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Arshakyan.
Anna, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
All In One Laser was established in October 2010. I came to a point in my life where I no longer wanted to work for others, but wanted to be my own boss. At the time I had been working 2 jobs, one was at a dental office and the other was at a laser center. What I loved about both my jobs was the human interaction and being able to help others.
Opening any business is always a little scary, but at the age of 24 with the encouragement of my friends and family I decided to open my own laser center. From day one my mission has been to provide our clients with the very best care and treatments available. A lot of people suffer from unwanted hairs, cellulite or acne scars which make them feel uncomfortable and self-conscious. To be able to comfort and help our clients is a huge part of my team’s job and I think that is why we love what we do so much. We try to get to know our clients individually and personalize their care based on their desires. When clients tell us at the end of their treatments the impact we have had on their lives, it feels like a celebration 🙂
We work with the best machines available on the market in order to offer and treat our clients with treatments that are fast and effective. All In One Laser has been open for almost 7 years now and has been voted best of Boston since 2010 on Boston’s A-List. We continue to expand and grow thanks to our amazing clients and their referrals.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Every business has its challenges. I have been very lucky and blessed to work with a great team by my side.

What were you like growing up?
I was born in Armenia and moved to America at the age of 10. My parents decided to move to America for a better life for our family. It was a very difficult move, to leave all our friends, family and home behind to come to a country where we didn’t speak the language and knew no one. It was also a huge culture shock. But moving to Boston, more specifically to Watertown, where there is a huge Armenian community made us feel a little closer to home. Me and my brother started school, learned the language and over the years have made many great friends and love being involved in our community. My parents raised both me and my brother to be leaders and always go after our dreams. Living in this country, I have been blessed to have the opportunity to be able to work hard and go after my dreams. To be able to love what I do and help others at the same time is so rewarding. I encourage anyone with a dream to take the chance and go for it, otherwise, they will always wonder what could have been.
