Meet Andrea V. Schroll, LICSW of Wakefield

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea V. Schroll, LICSW.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My journey as a therapist began over a decade ago. I started out in the field by working for various agencies and organizations, but I always knew I one day would have my own practice. Working for a variety of different organizations was great exposure and experience, but I always knew I was meant for something bigger. It’s always been my mission to make a large impact in the lives of women and teen girls. My passion lies in helping my clients overcome their deepest fears, setbacks, anxiety and depression. I help my clients own their strengths so they can be the confident girl and woman they long to be. I am fortunate to have my own practice working with my ideal clients and empowering them to create their ideal life, but in all honesty, that feeling of being meant for something bigger continued to linger. I am only able to practice therapy in the state of Massachusetts, but I undoubtedly have a burning desire to make a global impact. Practicing locally didn’t feel like enough, so I continued to explore other means of getting my message out to the world.

Soon after the opening of my practice in 2015, I learned about the coaching industry. I was instantly lit up with joy. This was going to be it! This was my avenue for making the major impact in the lives of women all over the world. I began life coaching with women online, and since then I have expanded into life and performance coaching for businesswomen. Essentially, I help business women thrive from the inside out. I give my clients the exact tools they need to master the internal work that is imperative for success in business so that they can transform their lives, perform at their best and love what they do.

I am truly living my passion. I wake up every day and get to do what I love – empower women to be their best self-confidently and unapologetically…and I get to do this locally and globally. It really is a dream come true.

Has it been a smooth road?
Absolutely not. Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. There have been many sleepless nights and big ideas that decide to creep in at 3am, but remaining grateful has been the game changer for me. I have created my business on my terms and I am not limited or restricted by a bureaucracy – that feeling is truly priceless.

So, as you know, we’re impressed  – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
As a licensed psychotherapist, I specialize in working with women and teen girls battling anxiety, depression, relationship issues and self-esteem. I feel blessed to be able to help my clients overcome deep rooted issues that have prevented them from living a fulfilling life. The women I work with are smart, ambitious and ready to make lasting transformational changes in their life. Together, through the therapeutic process, they are able to get back to the best, brightest version of themselves. I am proud of the hard work they put into their personal development. I have the opportunity to help people change their lives every day. Being a part of their personal success story is one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve been able to have, and for that I am immensely grateful.

As a coach, I provide life and performance coaching to business women who long to have the success they desire, but they’re plagued by fear, self-sabotage, mindset blocks and other issues that are embedded in their thoughts and behaviors that have kept them stagnant in life and business. I use my expertise as a psychotherapist to assess the barriers to their success, and together, we develop an effective plan of action to get them the outcome they desire, which is typically having a meaningful life, and a career that will provide them with freedom, abundance and happiness.

What sets me apart from others? I think my innate ability to problem solve through extremely challenging circumstances is pretty badass, and my authentic, non-judgmental approach to everything I do. In essence, I have two businesses driven by one passion – Helping as many women as possible create their ideal life. I am proud of my journey and the impact I have made in the lives of so many people along the way.
