What’s the Cabot’s Ice Cream & Restaurant story? The who/what/when/where/why?
Cabot’s is a family owned and operated old-fashioned ice cream parlor and restaurant. We have been serving up scoops of smiles since 1969. My parents started running Cabot’s and my sister and I along with our family have taken on the commitment that they have given it over the years
We are especially known for our generous portions of unique premium ice cream and frozen yogurt creations. We serve breakfast (all day), lunch, dinner and late night treats featuring deli style sandwiches, wraps, flame-broiled burgers, salads, and traditional home-style dinners. Our offerings will please everyone from the smallest of appetites to the heartiest. We feature homemade ice cream and frozen yogurt cakes and party sundae packages to accommodate over 200 people. With over 70 flavors with 35 varieties of toppings it’s all about taking life one scoop at a time! Cabot’s strive to provide quality, value, service and consistency to all our customers.
In speaking with any restaurateurs I’ve come to learn that the restaurant business can be brutal. How has it been for you? What’s been the hardest part?
Trying to stay the same is challenging. It is one of the most commented things people will say “nothing has changed it is just as I remember when I was little”

We also serve breakfast all daylong and Belgium waffle Sundaes can be had in the morning or at night.
We make our own Chicken Salad which is very popular and great flame broiled burger
