Definitely not my best day of squats this morning… but seeing as how I’m only 172 lbs now, this really isn’t such a bad total after all! (225 x 4) 🏋🏻‍♂️ Used to go a little heavier when I was a bit bigger, but it’s definitely good to know I haven’t lost too much strength after dropping almost 20 pounds! 👌🏻💪🏻 .
