INTENSITY RECREATIONAL TRAINING: BOSU MEDICINE BALL CG PUSHUPS!! ——————————————– Triceps day involving weighted close grip medicine ball pushups with the Bosu Ball! The layers of unstable surfaces with added weight resistance makes this move ultra challenging yet incredibly fun to perform! What a great exercise for stabilizer (core and shoulders) and tricep muscles! ——————————————– Couple of gains achieved today, 6 Reps at 70lbs and 1 rep at 100lbs, which was the first time I ever attempted this exercise beyond 90lbs! Additionally, to create even more difficulty, I did the same exact move but with the medicine ball on top of an unstable Bosu!
