Meet Trailblazer Victoria Badolato

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Badolato.

Victoria, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I entered the Boston fitness scene as a student at exhale, Barre was the first workout that gave me real results, It challenged me in every way and I fell in love. My passion was obvious so I was asked to audition and join the instructor training program. That started my career as a full-time fitness instructor in Boston and I haven’t stopped going after my goals since.

After teaching barre I knew I needed to explore and do another training to mix things up. My love for music was the driving force that gravitated me towards indoor cycling and to my home Bspoke Studios.

As a full-time instructor, balance is very important. I knew I needed to start working with clients one on one to save some of my energy, so I started to build that part of my business. I was appraoched by a student of mine to help her get in shape for her wedding and thats really when VBbrides was born.

I developed a six to eight-month program of Barre/HIIT workouts and cardio to achieve the best results, a strong but lean physique that you can take with you long after your big day.

I started to come up with all of these ideas and I just ran with it. If you take my group classes, you know I’m little intense and very results driven. Working towards a goal one-on-one with a bride, watching the transformation happen and then seeing it come together in her beautiful wedding dress has been my most fulfilling venture yet. I’m excited about all my upcoming VBbrides getting married this summer and all the VBbrides that the future will bring.

I am now full time at Bspoke Studios and VBbrides.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I wouldn’t say it’s been smooth, it’s a hard industry to enter, like any other industry I’m sure.

I have a pretty serious work ethic, I’m not afraid of change and I set a goal to put my students first and teach the very best classes I can teach every single time.

If you can dream it you can achieve it, you just have to work hard, “Get in there” as I love to say… haha!

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about VBbrides – what should we know?
I train a bride-to-be twice a week, six to eight months before their wedding. I believe you need at least six months to achieve the results we want.

I am certified in Barre and have experiences in HIIT style workouts. I have put it all together to a custom program to achieve a healthy, long, lean and strong physique.

Food and healthy eating is a huge part of achieving results, I find that people just don’t eat enough. Food is Fuel!

I have an amazing registered dietician that my brides will meet with twice (once at the beginning and then once halfway through) to set a nutrition plan so we are fueled up and feeling good through our workouts, no crazy diets, just a balanced, healthy way of life.

My dedication and work ethic sets me apart and is also what I’m most proud of, I’m excited about the future! 🙂

Do you feel like there was something about the experiences you had growing up that played an outsized role in setting you up for success later in life?
I was raised in an Italian family of hard workers. My family is in the restaurant business and lives for that and my mom is the hardest worker I know and one incredible nurse.
