Meet Nancy Safran of Show House Home Staging

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nancy Safran.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Nancy. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Since 2008, I’ve worked with homeowners as an interior stylist. My first jobs were with my wonderful partner-mother who inspired my love of design. We worked together re-purposing client furnishings, showing homeowners how well a home could function specifically for their family.

When mom retired I took over and continued creating solutions for homeowners who weren’t maximizing their use and enjoyment of all the rooms in their homes. I loved showing owners how functional and beautiful can work together.

2 years ago I added professional home staging to my services. This is the flip side to styling for the current home owner. Home staging is all about creating beautiful interiors that any potential buyer can envision living in.

Whether I am preparing a vacant, investor or owner occupied property for sale, my goal is to create a home that appeals to all buyers.

This philosophy fits in perfectly with staging homes to sell. If your home is properly staged before it goes on the market, potential buyers will easily be able to imagine living there. Achieving that for you is my expertise and my passion.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Running a business is thrilling but always a challenge. I learn something new every day.

Show House Home Staging is known for consumer friendly home staging services. We work with owner occupied and vacant properties. Owners, Realtors and Investors know that we’re available to partner with them. We all share the same goal, and that is to sell a house faster for the best selling price.

I provide a home staging service plan that is completely flexible depending on the project. I understand that selling and moving can be stressful and I take the time to work with owners on whatever challenges they face. I use trade professionals (painters, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, organizers, etc) that I know and trust. I feel proud of our many positive reviews from clients and even more of the relationships I’ve built with realtors, investors and homeowners who trust me with their most important investment.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I’m eager to continue building relationships with clients and providing the best services. I’m always adding new updated furnishings, artwork and accessories to my inventory and adding new large scale furniture vendors who can provide the best and newest design options to my clients.
