Meet Jodi Swartz

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jodi Swartz.

Jodi combines her knack for creativity with her business acumen and design talents to fashion inspirational homes for her clients. A native of Philadelphia, PA, Jodi has lived in Massachusetts for the past 30 years. After a career in sales and sales training, Jodi switched gears after remodeling 11 of her own homes.

A certified Kitchen & Bath Designer and Remodeler, Jodi leads a team of designers at the KitchenVisions Design Studio in Natick, MA. Their award-winning kitchen and bath remodels have been featured on and Boston Design Guide. KitchenVisions specializes in space planning and reconfiguring spaces to make them more functional and beautiful.

Please tell us about your art.
Jodi’s process is “define, design, deliver.” She listens well to clients’ needs and then gives them a plan to make their homes versatile and polished. Her designs are durable and timeless.

What do you think about conditions for artists today? Has life become easier or harder for artists in recent years? What can cities like ours do to encourage and help art and artists thrive?
One of the challenges for homeowners today is that there is too much information online and on TV. Most people don’t understand the true costs and timelines for renovations. The benefits of working with professionals can’t be overstated – from resources to blending new and old to understanding proportions, measurements and needed clearances.

How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
Images of Jodi’s projects and testimonials are on her website ( and The KitchenVisions team meets with prospective clients in their homes to evaluate the scope of every project. They match their clients with the best contractor to execute each project. They also meet with Realtors to offer their expertise to advise their clients on the possibilities of a specific property. KitchenVisions represents several cabinetry lines at a variety of price points, finishes and functionalities. Her staff also works with clients to select all materials, fixtures and finishes.
