Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenn Sherr.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started at the age of 5 doing collage. Today I teach private lessons and group classes.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I have a strong work ethic and awake every morning at 4 am at the gym at 5 am.
By 6 am I am working sending emails and following up on things.
As an artist, I am always reinventing myself and on the board of the United South End Open Studios.
It is important to be involved in the artist community and do all the social media for United South End artists.
Any obstacle faced I turn it around as I am a problem solver.

Jenn Sherr designs specializes in unique collage products and custom work using memorabilia.
I also teach classes and known as the decoupage diva in Boston.
I am proud to see students creating and when I hear someone is not creative and makes an amazing piece.
What sets me apart is my work is unique.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memory was a crush I had on a boy named Bobby Levine. It was my first feeling of a strong emotion which my art penetrates.
My other favorite memory is growing up on Martha’s Vineyard in the summer and having a close family.
My mother Joyce is an artist and instilled creativity at a young age.
