Today we’d like to introduce you to Carolyn Wilkins.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Carolyn. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I’ve always had a passion for helping people. As a kid, I was a bit like Lucy in the Charlie Brown cartoons – the one everyone turned to for advice. I’ve been a teacher and a jazz pianist for most of my professional life. I loved this work but began to feel that I also had something more to offer – something to help my clients ignite even more of their true potential.
In 2016, I began to offer hands-on healing and psychic readings to a select group of clients. From this experience, Resonant Wisdom Reiki was born. I now provide Reiki sessions regularly to students, staff, and faculty at Berklee College of Music and at Emerson College. I also offer sessions at my studio in Cambridge and via Skype.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Many people have misconceptions about psychic and healing work. At Resonant Wisdom Reiki, it is my mission is to connect my clients with their own highest and best energy. Unlike some of the spooky stuff you may have seen on TV or in the movies, the spirits I talk to are full of love.
They are thrilled beyond measure to have the chance to let their loved ones know that their consciousness continues after death. True healers always work from a place of compassion and unconditional love.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Resonant Wisdom Reiki – what should we know?
Each Resonant Wisdom Reiki session contains two parts:
Part One – a Reiki energy treatment. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive touch therapy that facilitates the deep relaxation necessary for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. I tell my clients to think of themselves as the “phone.” I am simply the “cord” that connects them to the Universal Power Source.
Part Two – a psychic reading designed to provide further insight into their current situation. I have trained with some of the best psychics in the world, including intuitive guru Sonia Choquette, the spiritual medium James Van Praagh, and the noted psychic detective Tony Stockwell at Arthur Findlay College of Psychic Science in Essex, England.
