Ray, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
After I graduated with a B.S.c in engineering I began working as a project manager for Construction Company. In 2004 Bay State Refinishing & Remodeling was founded and has developed to be a leader in our industry.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We have learned that one of the most important and differentiating factors in our trade is to find the optimal way to provide our customers with a smooth experience through a complex project that involved and depend on multiple elements such as: scheduling, ordering & purchasing, efficient project management, budgeting and communication.

We specialize in complete remodeling & renovation projects. We are most proud of in our customer service and efficient project management, we continuously aspire to exceed customer expectations as could be attested by numerous on line reviews.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Holding the winning trophy as the captain of my high school soccer team while seeing the big smile on my father’s face.
