Il Décor was first established in 2002 to provide Boston and its surrounding communities with access to high-end European furniture. The idea behind the store was to expand the options available to Bostonians – to bring the elegance of Italian designs to our neighborhood, while maintaining affordable prices. In 2012 we opened our flagship store on St. James Avenue in Boston’s historic Back Bay.
Though our store is compact, we are constantly changing our exhibits in order to provide fresh looks, and to ensure that there is always something new and interesting to see on the floor. We consider our store a collection of living spaces for you to experience, and work to showcase innovative plans and designs.
We proudly carry designs from leading furniture brands around the world, including Cattelan Italia, Gamma Arredamenti, Zanotta, Naos, Bonaldo, Antonello Italia, Alivar, Cierre, IL Loft and many more. We also carry an innovative line of Italian kitchen cabinetry by Cesar.
Il Décor is staffed by a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to helping you find the designs that will bring your ideas into reality. We provide each client with personalized service that is considerate of your needs and your budget.
We work to accommodate your busy life, and look forward to helping you through our website, by phone, or in-person – in our store, or in your home.

I do not think we would do anything differently.
