Today we’d like to introduce you to John Cacaccio.
John, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Well it all started for us in 1996. I was working as a mobile logistics sales manager for Klm Royal Dutch Airlines in based in Boston MA and responsible for cargo sales in New England & Upstate NY. After 20 years with the airlines my position in Boston was being eliminated and I was offered the opportunity to take a position in NYC at JFK Airport. But after several relocations with the airlines my wife and I decided we love Massachusetts so much that we wanted to finally put our roots down, so we decided to start Bristol County Coach. With only one sedan a Ford Crown Victoria we started our service and so that we did not disturb we even garaged the vehicle off site so we did not disturb our neighbors with our early morning runs to Logan & TF Green Airports. We continued to grow up adding vehicles and drivers, in fact we even changed our name to Bristol Coach & Limousine because our service area expanded and we were now serving clients in Norfolk County Ma. In 2008 we purchased a commercial property in Beautiful Norton MA were we are able to store our limousines and maintain our fleet and work out of our modern office at 145 West Main Street, Norton MA 02766. Currently we have 10 Employees and my Wife Libby and I. Our fleet consists of garage kept Lincoln Town Cars, Stretch Limousines and Executive Vans. But without a doubt my wife Libby Cacaccio is the reason we have survived in business. She is an amazing women hard working, dedicated and our employees love working with her. Same goes for our customers, they love the personal professional assistance she offers on a daily basis from Airport information to helping Brides plan there special day she is the reason for our continued success, And I respect and love her with all of my heart.
Has it been a smooth road?
Oh my! It has not been a smooth road that’s for sure. In 2001 due to 911 we struggled for many months. But being a family owned and operated our children Frank, Joseph and Johnny helped us take on additional work by offering Auto Detailing, Window Tinting and Used Car Sales to help us expand the type of services we offered.

Boston is an amazing city!! We love Bean Town, and would not change a thing. Except get rid of unlicensed ride sharing services.
