Life and Work with Jill Alexander

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jill Alexander.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I came to energy work after I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis when I was 28 years old. I had always known I was highly sensitive and could easily pick up on things. Conventional medicine didn’t offer much for my condition, particularly at that time, so I knew if I was going to heal myself I was going to have to go inward. I started studying meditation and intuitive development which (finally!) gave me the tools to work my natural abilities rather than being at the effect of them. As I gained that awareness, I was able to slowly and steadily heal myself — the doctors were amazed!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Being intuitive and viewing the world through the lens of vibration is a completely different way of being and existing in the world. It’s like going from black and white to color and 3-D. In certain ways, my outer world lined up and worked much better once I started the path but I definitely wouldn’t say it has been smooth and easy. There is a growing acceptance for this type of work but that wasn’t the case at all when I started it — and even now, I can hit hostility and skepticism or more often, people that are so fascinated by it they don’t know how to hold a boundary with it.

Really know yourself and spend time working your own shadow and baggage before you start working with people and telling them how to manage theirs. I see a lot of people out there that aren’t patient. They don’t take the time to get the credentials or to know themselves before they do this work.

Please tell us about Energy Wellness Simple.
In short, I teach people how to work energy in their everyday lives! Everything is energy and is preceded by energy — every cell of our body, all of our experiences. Every living thing has a field of energy. I think what sets me apart is that I have extensive education and training in this but I can show and teach people how to make energy practical, fun, and applied. The tools are fun but they work powerfully!
