Yetha, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Three years ago my husband and I got married in Las Vegas surrounded by 60 of our closest family and friends. Being the crafty person that I am, I wanted to make sure a piece of my art was a part of our special day, I came across the idea of paper flowers and thought paper flower bouquets would be perfect to create for my bridesmaids. I loved it so much I couldn’t stop there – from the groomsman’s boutonnières to the chapel embellishments, next thing I knew the wedding was full of paper flower decor.
Over the years what turned from an idea to a hobby eventually grew in to a business called Precisely Embellished. For a little over a year now, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to create handcrafted paper floral designs for a variety of special occasions including weddings, baby showers and corporate events. My most recent addition to my portfolio are my one of a kind canvas art pieces which includes my “Silhouettes” collection where I take a silhouette and embellish it with paper flowers. These pieces have allowed for a deeper artistic connection which I continue to evolve everyday.
Has it been a smooth road?
I’ve definitely had some ups and downs. The biggest obstacle I face is bringing appreciation to the art of paper flowers and exposure to my brand.
The biggest challenge is translating the evaluation my worth. I have true passion behind all of my creations and everything is handmade, which is time and effort.

Precisely Embellished is a handcrafted paper flowers designs and decor business. I specialize in creating paper flowers walls, selfie frames and flower sets as well as other unique pieces. I create a custom individualized experience for every customer. Customers choose from a variety of paper flower styles and colors in which I incorporate into their vision.
I am most proud of being able to create an everlasting connection with my customers through my paper flower designs. My eye for floral design, attention to detail coupled with my artistic creativity is what sets my style apart from the rest.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love that Boston is diverse, accessible, supports small businesses, provides opportunities and a community for artists to be creative and explorative.
I just hope with current changes to the city that it stays true to its’ community values.
