Meet Ellen Lecce of Lecce Skin Care

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ellen Lecce.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Ellen. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Age 14 I had acne, this is when I started to take care of my skin. During these years, I learn how to achieve great looking skin. Helping others to achieve great looking skin become my passion in life before I became an Esthetician.

In 1997, after graduating from Elizabeth Grady’s School of Esthetic in Medford. I started working for several salons, one in Tewksbury the other in New bury street, Boston. Those places provided me the experience of creating and customizing each facial, while building relationship with my clients.

After all these years of experiences in skin care business, I decided to open Lecce Skin Care in January of 2017 Melrose, Ma. Since then I have been providing great services to clients.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has been a smooth journey to open my salon, with the support from my family and friends, I am very confident that I will succeed.

Lecce Skin Care, LLC – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Lecce Skin Care specialize in facials, waxing, lash lifting, tinting, and makeup application. I share my philosophy with Lydia Sarfati, the founder of Repechage, aging is a natural process, and how we look is the result of how we take care of our skin. The ingredients in Repechage are composed of organic seaweed and natural botanical.

In this millennium, many salons are using some types of equipment on anti-aging facial for rejuvenating, firming, oxygenating, and lifting which is very costly. What is “success” or “successful” for you?
My definition of success is to fulfill each client’s need and goals on each visit, while educating my clients on home care regiment and diet. Beautiful skin begins with home care products and my clients leave my salon feeling wonderful and fabulous.
