Osman, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I come from a small in Turkey, as a Chef, I had a dream of having a restaurant that would serve Turkish & middle eastern food in Boston. I have the restaurant for more than 10 years now and hope to open more in the area in the future.
Has it been a smooth road?
Nothing is easy, the road to success requires a lot of hard work, dedication. Challenges will be always the competition, especially now that Boston has a lot’s of places that serves Middle Eastern cuisine.
