Matt, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
For over 15 years, M. Foley Electric has been providing top quality electrical services to commercial and residential clients in the Greater Boston area. We offer a broad range of services, including energy savings, new design, service calls, emergency services, new construction, renovation work, and much more. Our goal is to provide professional electrical services that meet or exceed the needs of our customers. Our mission is to ensure that each client has a positive customer service experience from the first call to the final inspection.
In the beginning, we started out with just one man and a truck. Today, our business has grown, and we have expanded to a fleet of six vehicles and a team of highly trained and experienced electrical technicians.
We take pride in the quality of the services we provide. From residential to commercial, fire protection to low voltage solutions, security cameras to telecommunications, and everything in between, we know that our reputation and success depends on the professionalism of our team. We offer competitive rates and a top-rated customer service experience.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
As always the growing pains which is always exciting and challenging! It has been an amazing roller coaster and with our rapid growth, it is always hard to staff at the level of service we require.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with M. Foley Electric – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We are known for residential and commercial electrician work. We are also known for our 24-hour emergency call line. We are always available for emergencies during storms and holidays etc. which has been a niche for us.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
