Today we’d like to introduce you to Joe Carnevale and Steve Duarte.
Joe had been working with Sears for over a decade, managing their window business in Texas and roofing in New England when he transferred into the HVAC division. Steve at Airco was one of his top installers. Joe saw the writing on the wall with Sears and felt he could bring better value to the New England marketplace on his own. He approached Steve on a joint venture and the rest is history. Watertown Strong now for nearly two decades!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The financial crises in 08 was a difficult row to hoe, but by staying lean and mean and taking care of the customer, we endure to this day.
Airco Home Comfort Services – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We specialize in residential and light commercial, gas, oil and geothermal heating, cooling, and domestic hot water solutions. From hi velocity to ductless and ducted mini splits and radiant floor heating, we have done it all!
We have been known for our innovative ways of providing energy efficient, healthy year round home comfort solutions to New England homes when competitors said it could not be done and many times at lower cost.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
We are just thankful for the opportunity to serve the New England marketplace for nearly two decades.
