Today we’d like to introduce you to Marlete Tringale.
New Reflections Micropigmentation is owned by Marlete. Over 20 years in the beauty industry gave her the vision to open New Reflections. She created an atmosphere in which respect, diversity, hard work, and outstanding talent are highly valued.
She grew up in Minas Gerais, Brazil, number five of nine children. When she is just 26 years old she moved to the United States, two years later she opened her first business Venus Beauty Studio. Then in 2007 she started a new company, New Reflections which is devoted to Cosmetic and Paramedical micro-pigmentation. Last year as both businesses began to thrive she made a decision of dedicating all of her time to New Reflections.
At New Reflections, she offers multiple procedures to either improve the look, or simply enhance one’s beauty following her mission that “everyone deserves to look and feel beautiful”. She offers multiple procedures for people with alopecia, scalp micro-pigmentation, areola re-pigmentation (great cancer survivors), as well as many others.
She continues her path to offer the best innovative techniques to her clients. She is always continuing her education and travels around the globe to bring to New England, the latest technology in the beauty industry. Embarking on her next chapter, she will be taking a training course in Belgrade, Serbia to improve the technique of tattoo removal, micro-needling, and new techniques for micro blading and permanent makeup.
She is also very proud to announce her ongoing work with cancer survivors, and assisting them in their final steps of recovering from the harsh side effects of cancer and medications used to treat it.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Leaving my entire family and all of my friends behind in Brazil. Language barrier, I came to the United States knowing Portuguese and Spanish, and had to learn English as my third language.
Please tell us about New Reflections.
My goals are perfection, satisfaction, and a family-like client interaction to make sure customers have a positive experience. I learned the value of hard work and dedication before venturing from Brazil to America.

What set’s my business apart from the others in my field is I don’t build clientele, I build family, and combine art and science to the perfect beauty.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory from my childhood is the time spent with my father and family that I so dearly miss.
