Paul, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I am the founder/president of GoingClear Interactive, a Boston based digital agency. Founded in 2001 in a basement, now we are full service digital marketing agency with offices in Boston, MA and a full team of approx. 10 people that focuses on growing brands that we work with from web design and development, to digital strategy and planning, to digital marketing activities as well.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Typical growing pains of any company who started small and continued to grow.
Hiring the best team possible, quality control of every project we work on, installing effective systems in place for our clients and their projects as well as even finding that perfect balance of creativity, business, client-focused and digital strategy but tailored to the different industries and needs of our clients.
