When first starting out, summers were great. I didn’t realize winters would be a struggle. I took a job working nights with a mop and bucket cleaning floors to make ends meet.
Every day comes with its challenges and successes. Starting out in your 20’s with a shovel and wheel barrel, growing your business to a 22 employee company is a lot of work, dedication, blood, sweat and tears for everyone involved. I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
