Today we’d like to introduce you to Geoffrey Graham.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Geoffrey. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
So how did we start? It all started by getting fired. I won’t go into details, but I did nothing wrong. I didn’t break any rules. I didn’t abuse my position; and I still got fired. The fact that I could get fired at any given moment in corporate America was always a bit troublesome, but what bothered me most is that I felt that I did nothing wrong in this situation to deserve this. It was something I believe they call “corporate politics”. We won’t say what I’d call it. But on that day, I made a few life-changing decisions:
1. That no one was ever going to “fire” me again.
2. That I was going to create my own business
3. That I was going to achieve everything that I wanted.
4. And that I was going to help others do the same.
I decided to utilize all of the acquired skills that I learned over the years and start my own company. With the agreement and support of my loved ones, I took everything I had and started a company called Graham Designs.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have been many challenges along the way. Ask any business owner. We all have the same or similar issues: Increasing sales,
Maintaining cash flow,
Avoiding burnout,
Locating profitable clients,
Finding the right people to employ and align yourself with,
Maintaining current clients’ needs while finding new clients
Keeping employees happy and properly cared for.
Return on company investments,
Keeping a fair and reasonable cost to consumer without compromising on quality.
Keeping up with industry standards and current laws, rules, and regulations.
Bookkeeping and tracking growth & projections
And, of course, just staying focused and remember why you’re doing it in the first place. I think these are the challenges of all business owners.

What makes us proudest is our client’s happiness and satisfaction of the process and end result of our completed product. They usually come back very soon for another project and/or refer some new business to us.
What sets up apart from the others is our resources and our commitment to the client. We provide ongoing support and monitoring of the website, install internet security, and we can advertise and promote your business online and through our growing network. Can’t find the words to say on your website? We have content developers too. Need better pictures? We have the best photographers to help you with that. Need graphics? Our graphic designers are very creative and love what they create. And so do the clients, and so do we. We work tirelessly on your project until you are beyond satisfied. That’s the only thing that we know at Graham Designs.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
My proudest moment was the birth of my son. A close runner up was the moment that I finally made the decision to believe in myself, start my own company, and made the promise never give up. To me, those were two of my greatest moments.
