“Cannabis is not an entrance drug, it is an exit drug from pharmaceuticals and narcotics.”  – Dr Dhanabalan

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road has not been as smooth as one would expect. The many struggles, all of which strengthen me through the trials and tribulations. I had initially started medical school in 1979. After finishing my high school my parents sent me to India to study since the cost of education in the United States was much more than they can afford and also the duration and the length of time to finish my medical degree was approximately 8 to 12 years.

I have started medical school three times before I finally successfully completed in 1995, I then completed my Family Practice residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. I then went on to do my Masters in Public health and my Residency and Fellowship in Occupational & Environmental Medicine at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston, Massachusetts. My special interests involved heavy metals, primarily lead.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Global Health & Hygiene Solutions – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
My company, which was created in June 2006 Global Health & Hygiene Solutions, mission is to promote wellness and prevent illness. My promote wellness and prevent the company now also incorporates cannabis as a medicine. As to what I practiced today called Total Health Care THC. Its mission is to “Educate Embrace Empower” patients.

I have not written an opioid prescription and over eight years. I do not work for the hospitals, universities, insurance companies, Medicare or Medicaid. I work for my patients and I have dedicated to bring about awareness about cannabis as a first-line option not the last resort. I truly believe cannabis is not an entrance drug is an exit drug from pharmaceuticals and narcotics.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I plan to continue to Educate and do what I am doing on a global level. The truth of why cannabis is in probation today.

The facts:
1) That nobody has ever died in the world from cannabis overdose.
2) It was prescribed by doctors in the United States of America and it was in the US Pharmacopoeia from 1850 to 1942.
3) The US government has patent 6630507, issued on October 7, 2003. For cannabinoids as an antioxidant and neuroprotectant.
