So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have always had a passion for making people look and feel their best. I graduated from Elizabeth Grady in 2009. Since then, I have worked in different areas of the field. Cosmetics, freelance, weddings, salon, spa and medical offices. Leading me to where I am today, working with plastic surgeons and doing what I love – aesthetics!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Building a strong clientele can be a bit challenging at first. I would say developing strong friendly relationships with your clients comes first. Then perfection of your practice will inevitably come. Just find your niche and stick to it!
Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
I specialize in eyelash extensions and HydraFacials. I also do eyebrow design, lash lifts, peels, microdermabrasion and other facials.
Who do you look up to? How have they inspired you?
One woman who has inspired me the most is a long time friend of mine. She has such a positive view on life, even though it has not always been that way. She believes in zero negativity and hard work. You can have whatever you desire in life as long as you stay dedicated and consistent – hustle, hustle, hustle and never give up. She has a beautiful aura and when you are around her. You just want to be the best version of yourself and I try my best to be the same to other people.
