Today we’d like to introduce you to Nivedith Renga.
Nivedith, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I have been modeling for the past couple of years in the Boston Area, and have traveled extensively to LA and NY for Fashion shows and clothing apparel Shoots – I Have done a couple Bridal shows in Boston area, and have one queued up for Fall in Los Angeles.
My journey started as an inspiration to lose weight – I was overweight most of my Teenage and have had a lot of criticism regarding my weight growing up – It was really hard as a kid and a teenager to be always criticized and bullied for being heavy – So, I decided to start a healthy lifestyle and workout to start a healthy lifestyle – So, I started Intermittent Fasting and a Ketogenic diet combination, which I would say has been the BEST decision in my life.
To my Clients – I have trained more than 50 people and have helped them lose body fat – That’s what I tell people ‘losing weight is easy’, but its the body fat that you should target. Also, if you make it a lifestyle change, you will stick to it longer. I have maintained a single digit Bodyfat% for over 4 years now, and I don’t even feel like I am dieting because I have made a lifestyle choice and it doesn’t feel any different. And because of weight-loss, I was scouted by an agent into modeling and I am a Fashion and fitness model now. 🙂
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It was hard first to convince myself that Ketogenic diet ( eating Fat to lose fat) is effective. But once I started seeing results it started becoming a Norm. And it is always difficult to get a New client onboard to understand that you can lose fat by eating fats. 🙂
So, overall, I will say it has been a smooth ride, but there are times you feel like this diet plan is not for everyone, I try to incorporate different ideas and lifestyle. So, it is all about being ready to accept the struggle and accommodate it accordingly.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about FitLife – Nivedith_Csk4life – what should we know?
I am an independent fitness trainer/Coach who specializes in giving clients a diet plan and an exercise regimen – My specialty is in making life easy for clients – Meaning I will try to incorporate recipes they are used to all their lives, with tweaking the recipe – For example, if someone loves pancakes, all I say is change the ingredients – Add almond/coconut flour instead and there are your keto Pancakes – So, I try to make it as close to home as possible.
My clients say they don’t even feel like on a diet when they follow my plan as I try to incorporate client’s needs in the diet and try to make the weight loss journey comfortable, healthy and enjoyable. That’s what makes me different from others. 🙂

My biggest cheerleader/advocate/mentor is the Internet. 🙂 There is no one person – I like to take knowledge wherever it comes from – I am always on a quest to learn.
So, I introduce myself as someone who is on a journey as much as a new client who wants to try the diet plan – I am a 100% involved with the client and try to make the weight loss journey, more of a lifestyle change and a long-term goal.
