Today we’d like to introduce you to Rebecca Merzius.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My purpose has always been to inspire, uplift and share the Gospel with others. I started writing at the age of 12 and I always knew there was something more to the stories in my heart. At the age of 18 I decided to write my first blog “Fruit of the Spirit” and after getting feedback from the audience I considered writing my first book.
I wrote my first unpublished book later that same year. Not confident enough in the content, I decided to simply share with close family and friends. Their feedback of the book motivated me once more to continue on with my pursuit to reach the mass. After much prayer, reflection and meditation, doors began to open, allowing me to share the Gospel in conferences and revivals.
From there, it did not take long for me to get started on Chosen: Discover Your Purpose In God. Starting and finishing this book has been one of the best decisions in my ministry by far. I have now been able to produce my own television show Faith Speaks which focuses on faith, purpose Their feedback of the book motivated me once more to continue on with my pursuit to reach the mass. Has it been a smooth road?
There is a famous quote that says “you cannot change what you refuse to confront.”
Every great journey has some sort of resistance. My ministry has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my life, but I have had some challenges not only in writing Chosen but in general. I speak about those challenges in the book but most importantly how we can overcome those challenges through God. I personally think the obstacles make the journey worth it!

I am most fulfilled when I have a Bible at hand; whether I am speaking to a room of 2 or 2,000, I think the Gospel needs to be shared truthfully and without blemish. Besides my personal ministry and being an author, I own my own company in the Waltham MA area, Reconciled Business Services.
We provide services such as tax preparation, bookkeeping, Medicaid application help and much more. I am also a public notary. In the past years, I have produced alongside my husband Shadson, a TV show called Faith Speaks which airs in the MetroWest area.
Where do you see yourself and your ministry years from now?
My sole mission and purpose is to bring the Gospel to people from all backgrounds, cultures, and ages. My desire is to continue to abide in God as I delve into His Word. By doing so, I hope to live a life that is transparent so others can see Christ through me.
