Today we’d like to introduce you to Glenn Forger.
Glenn, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Family owned and operated Real Estate brokerage and development company. Since 1968. My father John has been in the business for almost 50 years. I’ve been with him for 20 years.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Anyone who has been in the Real Estate business for as long as we have understood that nothing runs smoothly all the time…. far more of a roller coaster ride.

We are family owned and operated. We specialize in brokerage and development in Greater Boston, the surrounding suburbs and parts of Cape Cod. We are independent not corporate. Our client relationships are extremely important to us. We respect our clients wish for privacy. What sets us apart is our years of experience and wealth of knowledge within all aspects of the Real Estate trade as well as our approach of promoting properties, etc….rather than ourselves. We tend to fly under the radar in that aspect in comparison to some other firms.
What were you like growing up?
Loved playing sports all the time. Have a twin brother and we played football, baseball and basketball in high school together then went on to college and played football and baseball together. My parents were very supportive of me and my siblings, I also have an older sister. We all grew up coming into Boston and seeing my father at work, etc. and really grew up around the business. My mother was also in Real Estate growing up and did well with it. I was always highly competitive growing up, but between the way my parents raised us, and all the team sports we played, I was always fiercely loyal to my friends and compassionate to others overall.
